Good location, clean and comfortable

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and swam every evening after being out exploring every day. Shuttle is very convenient, we rented a car but didn't really need one. So well located, 2 grocery stores nearby and we were able to walk to Smather's beach for the sunrise.

Great place to stay!

All staff at the front desk were fabulous. They were knowledgeable about the area. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and also a free shuttle to downtown for shopping and restaurants!

Great place to stay in Key West. Shuttle service was very convenient and breakfast was delicious with many options. Room was clean and comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Would recommend and go again!

The breakfast and the pool were the best part of this stay. The room was musty and had a moldy wet smell. One AC was broken and blowing warm air. The room could use a full renovation as signs of wear and tear are everywhere. The hotel did the trick for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

They gave me a room i did not reserve, it was gross and not worth the money i paid. I shoyld have gone to hilton. Sliding door didnt shut all the way,main lock broke, big gap in front door heard every car abd person. No bedding for pull out bed. Very upset.
