Property manager was quick to answer questions. We would have liked the key code information a bit sooner as we were a group of 5 college friends coming together from various places in 3 states. GPS takes you to a warehouse, as the side road to the property is not readily identified on the maps. The first floor bedroom and half bath was a positive. All the bedrooms were large, beds and pillows were comfortable. The furniture on the first floor consisted of table and chairs in two dining rooms, the pictured sofa and two side chairs. There are window blinds in each room for privacy. There was a hair dryer in one of the rooms.

Highly recommend! Truly beats a hotel room out there! This is a beautiful historical home in a perfect location! Very clean and spacious! We enjoyed a wonderful few days visiting nearby relatives, Longwood Gardens and the Shoppes- even got a food delivery no trouble! Perhaps a bar of soap on your clean towels- we all forgot oops! As for the feedback you asked for-Lots of potential for perhaps adding on another full modern bath for wee children and us older folks would be wonderful and perhaps a chair in each room- we used the cute extra chairs for our stay and put them back then no problem. There should be good locks on the doors especially bathrooms. The doors should close easily. Maybe a foosball or pool table in the empty area beside the TV area. A suggestion would be to turn the lower bedroom into a reading room? or playroom? -office area? -and put a huge master suite with bath up there in the spacious attic there maybe? That’s all I can think of…! We truly enjoyed it and loved the historic nature of the home and location can’t be beat! Thank you so much for hosting us. We look forward to returning when we all travel to Kennett Square!

The house surely is spacious and clean! We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of new towels were available. The location is perfect while visiting Longwood and nearby museums. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood and felt safe.
