Booked a room with a King sized bed. Was given a room with two "Double" beds. Not what we reserved, and not worth the money for a room with beds that small.

I always book this hotel if I visit Longwood Gardens. The hotel is in a very safe area and within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is really helpful esp Angie who works in the front desk/restaurant who was so nice and friendly. The beds are so comfortable. The bonus is the excellent breakfast nook they have on location. The lounge area is great for hanging out at night where you can enjoy drinks and conversation. I like how they have flavored water/candies throughout the day or coffee/ tea/chocolate during morning for free at the hotel lobby. Overall an excellent place that I keep coming back to again and again!!!
With the industry standard being breakfast included with the room, I was a little disappointed that this hotel did not include breakfast.

We booked the hotel when we visited Longwood Gardens. This place is less than a mile away in a commercial location in town with restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations around. The place is very welcoming. They have goodies and drinks in the lobby awaiting the guests. The hotel is very bright and cheery with a nice smell ( wondered what freshener they used? ). Room was appointed very nicely, the bed was so comfortable. Staff was super friendly. They have a cafe in the lobby that served excellent breakfast. For $12 you have a buffet plus a chef to whip you whatever you like ( omelette, French toasts, etc ). We loved it here that I was sad to leave!!!
The hotel is located close to Longwood Gardens and it very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable with our room. The room was clean and comfortable and the room amenities were perfect and the décor is modern.

Many previous reviews noted that this hotel is noisy, and I agree. Loud noise from major road - trucks downshifting and souped-up cars parading - and also lots of noisy from adjacent rooms. I could hear even quiet conversations from room next to mine. Also, staff complained several times about my making my reservation through a "third party" and they refused to give me a receipt for my stay - said I had to contact the "third party." Staff was pleasant otherwise and seemed to know there had been many complaints about noise.
Convenient, clean, comfortable, lots of useful and fun amenities, nice staff. It met our needs very well and we would definitely stay there again.
