Staff at front counter - Indian - were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Slow to check in took about 10 min all the while holding my card and license unnecessarily. Can’t understand how a prebooked room online though Expedia should take ten minutes at 10pm at night to check in?? Just felt like a lot of unnecessary waiting and no friendly banter to help justify it was just him punching keys and looking at his screen. Sort of u comfortable like “what are you doing holding my credit card for so long?” Run it and give it back. Creepy

We will not be staying again due to refundable fee of $100. We were told at checkout this would not be refunded for 5-7 days. Our money is tied up for almost a week. Ridiculous. Also, trying to manage the room temperature was challenging.

Warm and friendly Staff and the guests are always warm and friendly too. There are always families here and different small events so you can rest easy but feel apart of the town during your stay.

Restful Weekend

I went for a mental- health/ birthday wkend. I had the most peaceful and relaxing wkend. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The whole hotel was prestine. And the pool was beautiful and clean. I will be staying here next year and for years to come

I have driven by this hotel many times and you get what it looks like. It's not dirty, but it's not new and shiny. I paid only $98 on Expedia super last minute. I would stay there again. I was disappointed that the pool apparently closes at 8pm, the ice wasn't working (warm lemon water on lobby) and the only vending machine was off or not working as well.

Very Much Satisfied

This is the only place I stay in when I visit Glen Mills. It's near the major shopping centers, is safe, the building has a warm peaceful presence. Great place to rest, recharge, then get going.

A good place to stop

I easily checked in. They provided a crib promptly, but it would’ve been nice if it was set up and sheets for the crib were provided. The breakfast bar was acceptable.I enjoyed the machine that provided hot water and coffee in the lobby and the the roominess in my suite. I would come here again.

The building is located in a not so nice area but recently remodeled, looks very nice… kinda out of place. The rooms were great looking and clean, the beds were very comfortable. I only have 2 complaints, 1) the bathroom smelled like fish, which was gross! 2) the tv didn’t work welll, only a few channels to select from. Other channels were scrambled or had a pop up that said poor reception…. But overall, it was a good place for us during a one night stay for a baseball tournament.

The staff were dismissive and cold. The pool was not available for the entire stay. Another room a companion was staying in had bugs in it. The room smelled like humidity.
