"The facility, staff and activities were excellent. All of the staff was friendly and eager to provide answers when questioned about anything. If there is a negative, the elevators were slow because of the number of patrons utilizing the facility. Another item, the shower tub was very slippery. There were no non-slip trips in the tub. Also there was a grab bar inside the shower, very helpful, but there was no grab bar to use when you exited the shower. You had to be very careful not to fall. There is no microwave oven in the rooms. This should be a necessity for each room."
