"This was our third time visiting here. We were given the wrong room and then told they were sold out of the correct room. This was the biggest disappointment of the trip but we made the best of it. The elevator situation at the Rainbow Tower is awful. There were almost 20 people the computer told to go to the same elevator from multiple families and multiple floors. I think some of the elevators were broken because it was a constant issue this time. I believe it is time for them to update some of the property but definitely fix the elevators. The $65 a day credit is a portion of the $140 daily hold on your debit/credit card. I asked twice and both people talked in circles but I figured out the math on my own. Even though we were a little disappointed with our stay this time, it definitely has an advantage of having so many things available right there at the resort. It was the first time our kids came and they did have a fantastic time. We will be coming back in a couple of years and hope some of the issues are fixed by then. **If you decide to rent a car there at the resort, I suggest making an online reservation or they will be sold out the day of. The people at the car rental place were fantastic."
