My recent stay at the Homewood hotel was a disaster. The front desk staff seemed clueless, unable to answer my questions or provide assistance. To make matters worse, I was not informed that the pool was under construction and the entire hotel was being renovated, which would have been a deal-breaker for me. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay, and the dishes were dirty. When I asked for cleaning chemicals to clean the bathroom tub for my child, I was given a magic eraser, which was woefully inadequate. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrived we were told the pool was not in working order and hasn’t been for some time. It would have been nice to have been notified even via email before arrival so we could have made alternative plans.
