Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately.

The place is large, airy, and bright, with a large porch (with swing seat!) offering spectacular views of the Kona coast. Inspire of some unforeseen circumstances, the host made every efforts to communicate with us and to arrange alternate help to have the place ready for us. The apartment is close to the airport as well as the only Costco store on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

Our rental was absolutely gorgeous! We had basic kitchen necessities available to us as well as some extra amenities, plenty of space for groceries and dining alongside lots of natural light that brought out the perfect vacation ambiance. The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, the master came with a walk in closet that held a couple weeks worth of clothes for two, towels for each of us, and our own private patio space on the lower level. Bathroom was clean and we were provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, small face towels, the works. The shower doesn’t close all the way but it wasn’t an issue with the overhead shower head - also had the option for a detachable shower head and bath faucet. Our view was perfect for watching the sunset, spacious for relaxing and even had a spot where we could enjoy local take out. If you’re staying on the lower level, you’ll sometimes hear the upstairs renters moving around but it was never obnoxious; but you’re also right next to the laundry room (communal + detergent pods provided) which contains storage for a plethora of beach gear: chairs, floaties, coolers, beach bags, snorkels, flippers, water shoes (a godsend!!!), etc. We loved the location since so many things were nearby and an easy drive: Snorkeling with Manta Rays with Marine Life Charters - about a 20 minute drive Downtown Kona shopping - about 15 minute drive Kona beaches - about 15 minute drive

We had a lovely stay, the property is beautiful and very clean! Stunning views of the ocean and the laundry room was a massive bonus, especially as it is kitted out of its body boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs etc! A great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Just an FYI, the toaster could do with being replaced but no complaints from us at all. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home. It truly made the vacation. The space very clean, well appointed, and equipped with everything needed to make the stay easier. It also had a variety of recreational items that made going to the beach or anywhere on the island stress-free. All of that, combined with the views from the porch and the quiet neighborhood made the stay both cozy and relaxing. The photos of the space accurately reflect how amazing it is, and we felt it was a rare find among vacation homes. Can’t wait to come back sometime in the future.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. My nephew loved our friendly balcony geckos.

This place is amazing. Modern and beautiful. The lanai was amazing. Loved this beautiful place. We could hear the upstairs tenants walking around late at night, but that was minor. It’s like a rainforest getaway with beautiful views.

Everything was great!

Very clean! Perfect size for family of 4 to come back to and rest every evening after going out to explore the island every day. Very convenient to airport. Very relaxing front porch and very well stocked with all our needs. Great selection of beach chairs and swimming gear for us to use while staying as well! Highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks again for helping us make great memories on our first trip to Hawaii!!

Fantastic property!

Beautiful! Very clean, roomy, and inviting. Beds are super comfortable with top notch bedding. The closets are roomy and come with plenty of hangers. Large living area with great furnishings. The kitchen is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Although beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a little soft-sided cooler are available, chairs are older, one of the umbrellas was broken (which we didn't find out until trying to set it up on the beach), and the cooler was ripped. Boogie boards were great. Still, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Kona!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The morning sunrises, and evening sunsets off the massive deck/porch were unbelievable.We stayed in the lower unit of the two - but didn’t even notice the upstairs neighbors. It was incredibly clean, newly renovated, and well equipped for us to cook dinners in when we weren’t out on the town. Not too far from town, not too far from our favourite beach. The host had also provided a lot of great beach equipment (snorkels, boards, umbrella, chairs) that we used almost on a daily basis.Only regret is that we didn’t book this for our entire trip. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re on the island.
