The neighborhood seems a little sketchy but I'm from Florida. It's probably a good neighborhood. However, the reception I received was extraordinary. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again
There’s a mini arcade and ball pit for 2-8 year olds by the check in desk. Which is wonderful after a long day of travel with our two kids. They happily played while waited to check in. Shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris was great and fast.
The enthusiastic staff adds to the enjoyment of this little hotel. There are nice luxurious touches (towel warmers! I swear I’m getting one at home) and I loved having a mini fridge to save on eating out. Very conveniently located for the Mėtro. Will definitely book again for future trips.
Overall my stay was lovely. The hotel's located very close to the metro. My room was clean and modern. The hotel staff was nice and spoke English. There's also a shuttle to the airports, it's 28 Euros which is a lot, but less than my Uber initially.
The hotel is brand new, looks great, and has a great breakfast included in the price. Like most reasonably priced hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, you can’t open the windows or control the temperature in the room, so it was a bit on the warm side for me.
Positive observations: Very nice, clean and comfy room, wonderful beds (!!!), front desk staff were generally terrific, hotel is in a very good location (1 block away from Metro), very reasonably priced, decent breakfast restaurant (a little pricey). Negatives: Cleaning staff dropped the ball twice ...
great location, rooms are small but cozy. friendly staff always willing to help out, my compliments to Lola LOLA IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPS YOU RIGHT AWAY. The only problem I had,was construction right in front of the hotel
I like this hotel because the rooms are clean and large. The location is near the Marsis and there are two metro stops close by. It's not a tourist neighborhood and it has many good restaurants, bars and grocery stores. People in the hotel and neighborhood are friendly, helpful and most spoke English. I would stay here again.
Relatively inexpensive for Paris. Excellent, convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful. Front desk provided a lot of useful information about things to do in Paris. Front desk lent me tools to do a suitcase repair...much appreciated.
INTERNET CONNECTION SPOTTY AT BEST. BREAKFAST NOT SO HOT, LITERALLY EGGS WERE COLD!
