Aside from the reservations getting lost by the hotel, staff were very good and helpful. Rooms are dated and could use some new furniture. Certainly not handicap accessible! Daily maid service could have been more efficient---ie. vacuuming, making up beds. Nevertheless, we all had a good time. The ...
Clerk said they only had a room on the second floor. Sorry I don't do stairs with luggage and a dog. Facilities were old but well maintained. Toilet was terribly small and lower than normal.Quiet clean good price. ☺☺
The phone in our room didn't work. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work and we had the suite above the hotel entryway witch was very noisy. The staff was as kind and helpful as they could be.
My wife and I enjoyed our one night at this Holiday Inn, just outside of Jamestown, NY. We were checking in to Chautauqua the next day. The hotel is new and very clean. It's a standard arrangement and the breakfast, although free, is the usual American fare, meaning plain and synthetic. Nice place ...
Everything was great and easy, just the front desk guy checking me in, in the middle of the night was a bit odd and maybe slightly creepy but nice and business like. It's cheap so don't expect luxury, although it was still a very nice place.

Everything about our stay here was quick and easy! And the evening snacks made it fun to sit by the fire and watch tv. Great little exercise room too!
Bayfront room was very nice and clean. TV has Netflix and other apps which is always good! Bathroom very modern with a huge shower. Bed is firm and comfortable. $12 a day parking in the garage isn't bad until you see the huge, free Convention Center lot right beside. Great workout center with large windows overlooking the bay.
only two minor issues: the bathroom sink was badly cracked, and the cleaning staff had only left two very short rolls of toilet paper.
A lovely stay at a modern, well-equipped hotel. The exercise room and breakfast were nice amenities.
