The entry way to the marking garage is kind of gross. The restaurant was disappointing. I thought it was a restaurant and you had to sit in the bar area. Our waitress took forever. I wanted a nice place to celebrate a birthday and this was not the place for that. The food itself was fine nothing great, nothing bad just not anything to rave about.

Convenient the onlynissue we had were other guest with children that were load toll 3AM. The signs all said quite time was 10PM. This was no fault of the double tree.

Restaurant was not open on July 4. No other choices in area since everything was closed. Dinner following night was in a very brightly lit dining room with food that was just ok. Wouldn’t have eaten there had we known that. Was charged at check in, even though we already paid Expedia. Very disappointed about that and now have to resolve issue. Very bad experience in that regard. Staff was very friendly and personable.

Perfect place to stay

This is a very nice hotel in Downtown Jamestown. You are within walking distance of many different places to eat and the Lucielle Ball museum. The hotel is upgraded, clean and very safe.

Motel itself was great. Sorry I can't say the same for the restaurant and bar. Took 20 minutes to get one mixed drink. To go order of food was brought on eat in plate, after taking 45 minutes to get food. But overall it's great place to stay just find somewhere else to eat.
