Great Stay at the Lake

Loved the view of the lake from the room!!! Appreciated a "clean" hotel. Concierge was very helpful answering my questions on a few occasions.

My wife and I loved our getaway at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and our room was great. Our covered balcony overlooked the lake and we could enjoy it even in the rain. The restaurant had great food and the hotel was close to Jamestown and the Lucy Desi Museum and the Comedy Center which I highly recommend.

What a lovely place! Very nice people, and we enjoyed our dinner very much. We had a celebration dinner with newly meeting cousins where the Manager really took care of us. We will look forward to returning!

The property is beautiful but there was a wedding there during our stay. People fighting in the hallway late at night and someone got sick on the rug in the hallway. Staff needs to better monitor common areas. Also guest above us very noisy.

We love everything about this property. The landscaping is amazing with all the beautiful flowers. The food at the restaurants is delicious! We loved the band at the Carousel restaurant, too! The staff is friendly and professional. It was very clean. The views of the lake are breathtaking. We will be back.
