1) I paid extra to have 2 queen beds and they gave me regular full size beds. By the time I settled into the room at 9pm and noticed the error it was too late to change rooms. Incompetent reception. They should give me the difference back or credit 2) the only towels provided are the washcloths and bath towels, no hand towels not even a bath mat

I don't understand the negative reviews. I took a chance and found the opposite of what everyone was writing. The hotel was very clean. The guest services was professional. Everthing was remodeled or brand new. I even spoke with my neighbors about there rooms and they were more satisfied than me. The cleaners told me that many of the negative reviews come from people who lost their deposits because of smoking Marijuana in the rooms.

Even though the hotel is a bit old, I was honestly pleasantly surprised. It’s actually very clean, with new furniture inside and a tidy feel overall. Yes, there are some minor flaws due to the building’s age, but you can see that it’s being cared for. There’s security patrolling the property regularly, along with cameras, which makes your stay feel safer and more controlled. If you’re considering budget-friendly hotels, this is a great deal for the price. I’ve stayed in more expensive places that were much dirtier and poorly maintained. So despite its age, this hotel deserves a solid 5 stars for cleanliness, effort, and the overall experience.
