The entire campus smelled strongly of skunk (pot.) The tv did not work the first night and my granddaughter ended up with food poisoning illness. (we think from the orange juice at breakfast) We will not be utilizing them again.

Place is just great to chill for a day or two .. owners are on property and for the price you pay you get a cool place. Are there some questionable ppl arround .. duhh its Orange Park. Let me known if you stay there and I point you in the right direction. Have fun !!!

The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and professional. However, the room itself was very disappointing. It was quite run-down, and to my surprise, the sheets had cigarette burns in them. To make matters worse, there were blood stains on the sheets, and one of them even had a dirty smear. And to top it off, there were gnats flying around the room. I even had to kill a few of them. Needless to say, I made my stay as short as possible due to the room's poor condition. I've stayed here a couple of years ago and had a much better experience. It's disappointing how much the quality has declined. While the front desk clerk was very friendly and professional, I would not recommend staying here based on the room's condition. I definitely won't be staying here again.

I reserve for 2 day, because off work, did check out, but forgot and left some off my clothes. Instead keep my clothes and give me back, India guy charge me $50, he said he though I left clothes and want to extend for another day. I would never-ever again book at this place, and suggest everyone who considering think and read comments before.
