The pond area needs to be demolished, it is full of green gunk. A lot of sketchy characters staying at the hotel made you uncomfortable. Will not stay again. Staff actually had to ask one guy at breakfast was he a guest at the hotel.

Location was great, easy access from highway and plenty of places to eat close to the hotel. Checking in was fast and easy. Finding the room was a little confusing. They have three different building and signs and numbering are hard to see if any. Card readers to enter the building are a hit and miss; may work in one door and not the other. Buildings and facilities are in need of an overhaul; look old and lack of maintenance. Plenty of space in the room, kitchen (we did not used), small living room, master bedroom with the usual bathroom. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were worned out. We stayed for 4 days and three nights and during the entire stay we had no staff came in to do any cleaning or to replace any towels. The first day we had to ask for an extra set of towels for our kids. We asked the front desk, then after couple of hours we asked one of the cleaning staff members; took a long time to get the towel and does were the first and last set of towel we got. The towel in the room looked dirty and had hairs attached to them; seem like the cleaning of them was not done to standards. We ended up going to the store to buy new towels for us to use during our stay there.

The staff is very friendly and hotel close to the interstate

Rooms were ok and clean enough in the areas that counted, but there door jams were dirty, mats in front of the doors were really dirty and looked like they had not been swept for weeks. Even the front doors to the main area were dirty. Just needs some TLC. Staff was very pleasant!

I have stayed at Wyndham hotels before, but this wasn't good. Hallways and room smelled musty. We arrived after dark and had no lights or clock in bed room. We were tired and decided to make due. In the AM I found they were both unplugged. I wonder when the last time the room was occupied, as it was dirty and needed a real good cleaning. A dusty waxy buildup on the headboard, rust in tub. Water had a funny odor to it. Ceiling needed to be repaired. Toilet would start running for no reason. Two tv's but only 1 remote (missing buttons), which limited channel changing. I called down to the front desk and they told me to come and they would see what they could do. I went only to find they had no working remotes at front and told that they would bring up a new tv in the next day or so. I was leaving so that was no help. Breakfast was small, but only 1 (2 slice) toaster the first morning and the second morning the staff couldn't find it. So we were out of luck for any toasted bagels or bread. Which made the limited choices even more limited. Staff wasn't rude, but I was really disappointed in the stay.

It has a nice look from outside, but inside looks old, and gives you the impression of you are being ripped off.

The hotel has nice finishes but is poorly maintained. There was no linen for the sleep sofa and the front desk said it had no extra linen. The main bedroom only had a thin blanket!!! The bathroom had several leakes and we feared the toilet would stop flushing. I think this hotel may also be a welfare hotel. It was filled with unsupervised children and teens.

We've stayed at this Hawthorne Suites motel before. The room was comfortable; the carpet seemed newer, also. The room smelled somewhat "musty" and not really 'fresh". The bed was comfortable as was the couch and living room chairs. It was very "roomy". My main complaint was the electrical outlets I used in the BR: all were dated enough to "barely" hold the prongs of my phone charger in the wall! Generally a bit "worn" with regards to furnishings. Probably won't stay at this particular Hawthorne Suites again.

This was the worst experience in all my travels. I would have felt cleaner sleeping in my vehicle. Apparently the house keeping is in need of an overhaul. Then the ants walking all over the kitchen table while trying to eat was the topper.

Front desk give us a ground level room so we didn't have to use the stairs.. Thanks for looking out for a older couple.

Check in fast, friendly, positive experience. Accomodations good, priced right, in good area.

The staff was courteous, congenial and extremely helpful the room was simply amazing with a very comfortable mattress. I'll be back. : )

Rooms out of date and a lot of mold Hotel located in a non secure place The rooms need updated The staff was very nice Water dripping down the sound of the walls

There is no way this hotel should be considered a 3 star hotel. The refrigerator leaked so the floor was wet. Appliances were rusted the dishes and utensils were caked with old dried food. Never again for me.

Rooms dirty and dingy. Housekeeping was terrible. Front desk was friendly. Definitely needs upgrading.

Stayed over New Years Eve and was very happy with the Amenities and the staff. It was an easy drive from the hotel to the downtown festivities.

The staff at guest check in and on grounds were friendly and professional. The only complaint I have was how dirty the room was. The coffee machine had old coffee grounds still in it and they were moldy. There were bugs all over the place in the room. They did not provide us sheets for the spare bed till after midnight. The hot tub was not functioning.

The hotel was okay for a low price hotel. No luxuary amenties but decent for a one night stay. Big spacious room. Very private and quite. Near many restaurants and right off of the I95 highway.

Me and my husband were very satisfied overall. But when we first arrived the room had several things that were broken, the phone didn't work and there weren't enough electrical sockets in the room, we had to unplug a lamp and the clock to plug in our phones. They did change our room but there still were not enough sockets. As for the convenince, it was great! Really close to the interstate and lots of restaurants, though the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Was there for a week on a business trip. 3 out of 7 days no towel when I got back from work.
