Inside room was kind of descent to the price you paid. I saw 2 cockroach crawling inside the room during my stay. Everything looks clean but it really smells cigarette inside in a non-smoking room.

The hotel was ok, but I have to say I was quite upset after making prior reservations and checked into the hotel at 1am after a very long drive to get there. Their computer system was doing an audit when we arrived and the desk clerk could not check us in during this time. There was not a whole lot that the clerk could do, so we most certainly understood his position and after about 45 minutes the clerk was calling someone to assist with the computer audit taking so long. We were quite upset after having to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get our room. The clerk tried to be accommodating to us and gave us a room on the first floor, as well as a voucher for 1 free night to use at a later time, but the situation was frustrating. There was another guest who came in after us and had to wait as well and she was quite irritated with the wait time as well. I guess if you want to stay at this hotel, make sure you check in before 1am or after 2:15am, when they don't have their computer systems running their audits, as I was told this was a daily routine for them. The hotel staff seemed to be pretty friendly and were accommodating to other requests though.

I just stayed overnight from being at the beach. Hotel staff was very nice!

One day stay was good. Wish the remote control worked and the towels were softer but the beds were great and it was near everything!!

Good place for a cheaper price range. Only real issue was the smell of smoke throughout the whole building, we did get a "non smoking" room but the room and hallways seemed to be filled with the ciggarette smell. However, it was nice to have a kitchen area in the room for a longer stay! I would recommend bringing some febreeze...

I stayed here because I'm between orders and it was just like staying at home. No one really bothered you,, the walls were not paper thin, and my pets were comfortable unlike in other hotels.

I reserved a non-smoking room, received at smoking room because apparently they dont always give you what you reserve? Not happy. The shower did a poor job. The room reeked! No hair dryer. Just not a great deal for what you get. Stayed at a cheaper hotel in jville a couple weeks ago for $8 cheaper a night for a great room, good breakfast, and quality service. Not to mention i got the room i actually reserved.

I was satisfied with the staff and room. Everything worked out great! Would come again.

Although I was given a non-smoking room, after febreezing the place all was good. It didn't smell too awful. They didn't have that in the description of the rooms that I had to choose from so I only assumed it was a non-smoking hotel by the lack of choice for S/NS. The check-in was a little slow but there was a hurricane on its way. Otherwise it was mostly quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was designed to you stay at for longer periods of time; including a kitchen. However there were several notable problems with the room. First the overall cleanliness seem to lack any form of vacuuming. The showerhead from bath tub spicket was broken so that the spicket would not stay on in shower mode but had large amounts of water coming out of the bath tub spicket instead. The internet was slow at the normal rate and staff was unaware of a passcode change during the stay. It required a small payment for any decent speed Overall I was less than pleased with the stay.

Great place comfortable bed great location to walk to the stores. Friendly staff.

I was visiting my boyfriend for a long weekend, and we decided to stay at the Extended Stay to save money on eating out and just cook in the hotel. The hotel definitely served its purpose! The room was pretty basic but still comfortable. The kitchenette was great. Very central location close to everything. Would stay here again on my next visit.

We wanted a place close to our daughter and it was. My brother had a huge beetle bug in his room, but ours was fine.

My wife and I took the trip to see our son Graduate from Camp Geiger. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the directions to get there as there were no clear signs on the highway. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping if you so chose to partake. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

I was in town visiting family. Overall the room was nice, the small kitchen and refrigerator came in handy. The shower knob didn't work and leaked and kept turning off the shower. The flat screen tv also didn't work so well. For some reason I had to play with it (the power button and the power cord) to get it to turn on... The remote wouldn't turn it on either. For a 100.00 a night I would expect all that to work.

My wife and I use this for accomodations when fishing at Surf City. Beach accomodations are always at a premium. Extended Stay offers full size kitchens, sitting area with a table and all the bedding, yes even the comforters are laundried between customers. This is the fourth time we have stayed at an Extended Stay. [...], as always was very accomodating. Thanks!

Staff was very pleasant, I checked in early without a problem. Room was clean and very comfortable. I was surprised to find a fully supplied kitchen, with full sized refrigerator, sink in kitchen area, 2 burner stove, dishes, cups, pots/pans, etc. I only stayed for 1 night, but could have comfortably stayed for a week or more. When I travel again, I will definitely look for this hotel chain.

The process was enjoyable and I would stay again.

Stay was ok. had to move rooms broken tv, stay was much better after move

Very nice staff, good location. Room was a little worn out.
