Property is dated, shabby feeling. For the amount of money charged, it was disappointing. It was clean and there was nothing really wrong, but it was just the feel of it.
All the staff we interacted with were very polite and accommodating. The rooms look clean and just like the pictures online but they smelled like a locker room (dampy/musty) and our socks were brown/black from walking on the carpet. For that reason, we wont return nor recommend to anyone.
If you are going to Camp Geiger, stop looking and just stay here. It is clean, and they have everything you need.
Nice, comfortable rooms. The lack of water pressure was the only drawback.

I definitely would recommend and stay here again. Bed was a little hard for our liking. Hotel and room super clean.
When we checked in and entered the room, the thermostat had been at the highest temperature. It was stifling! Then we noticed that there was not furniture besides the bed in the room. We reserved a King Bed Suite. There was a kitchen type chair by the desk and that was it. The man at the front desk was very apologetic and offered to give us a discount on the rates. There was not otehr room available, but we would rather have a room with a real chair, sofa and an office chair at the desk, so could do our work at night. We ended up going to another hotel nearby, and it was very nice.

Would have liked to have an ice machine on the floor we were staying on. Had to go glen to the lobby for ice.
Very nice, clean, and in a quiet location (1 block from making county highway. Very friendly staff. Also, nice to have free morning snacks at counter. Fabulous experience!

Thank you for your feedback. We cannot change where we are located. Jacksonville is a growing, military town and shops are popping up everywhere - especially vape shops and tattoo parlors.
