Great communication. Spacious place. Easy access. Nice amenities. Mini fridge was the only significant negative. Had fun with the adjustable height table. Brought our own cookie sheet for baking. Beds were a bit soft for Goldilocks.

The house was ok and it did feel like home. The only issues I had was the mini fridge and the over grown lawn. If those 2 issues was fix I would have gave 5 stars.

Would NOT Recommend!

Pictures posted are VERY deceiving. The neighborhood is run-down. The house smelled musty and is in poor condition with very poor work done. The grass was very overgrown. It was up to my shin area and there was trash everywhere. The back door lock wouldn’t secure until I lifted up on the door. The front door lock was hanging on by 1 screw and the lock plate was falling off. I struggled to get the front door to lock and had to fight it for a whiel. There were only 4 small towels in the house when the reservation clearly said we had 7 guests. The beds were not comfortable. I contacted the host and was met with attitude saying that their grass person is on a regular schedule every week and someone just left and didn’t have any problems locking the front door. I said the grass was clearly not cut a week ago, but that was the least of my concerns. I needed more towels and some Lysol. They responded saying their manager would bring more, but continued to harp on the grass saying that I shouldn’t call my host a liar. The manager arrived and was super nice. She brought more towels and air freshener. She said they have been having trouble with the lock on the front door. I again struggled to get the door locked so we could go to bed. My kid couldn’t sleep that night, worrying about someone coming through the door. Overall, very poor condition. Very rude host. Very misleading photos and description. Would not recommend at all.

Felt like home

The feeling of the home is very welcoming. The Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to find. The location wasn't too far from Mayo Clinic. I truly enjoyed my stay,and look forward to returning.

Needs some polishing

House worked for what we needed it for. Which was sleep. Yard was very overgrown so I wouldn’t let my son outside to play. Fridge is a mini fridge. Thankfully we didn’t need to have groceries since we were constantly at our family’s house.
