The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Would not stay here again. Only reason not completely angry is nice customer at desk. But besides that had dirty floors in room,phone did not work, air conditioner making weird noise even when turned off, closet door off track and other things that would make you turn right back around and leave but i I just didn't have time or energy to pack up and move to another room.

The hotel is super nice and the staff so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was and will definitely return.

Awful bed. Mildew on shower curtain. Thermostat would freeze us out then we’d wake up hot in middle on the night. Did I say terrible mattress? Couch sank to the floor close to TV. Shower nozzle lose. Refrigerator not cold. Insultingly soft mattress. Room #412. Staff was great. Just caught a couple of names. Kristen at Front desk and Annie in Housekeeping. I had stayed here some time ago. Updating needed.

Staff, facility, rooms and food were all great. The room was twice as large as I needed and very comfortable. Cleaning staff did a really great job too. Will return!

I have stayed at this hotel before and was shocked to find the room not very clean, no hot water when we arrived at 10:00 and could not get on the WIFI the whole time we were there. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could not get any extra blankets that were thicker than a bed sheet. With all the choices available in this area, there are much better hotels for the price.

Room looked rather nice upon entry, Suprised to see soiled sofa and stained carpet. Sheets were dirty! Called front desk , desk clerk was trying her best to take care of the situation, but unable to find bed linen , after about 35-40 minutes she came to the room and replaced the sheets, she did not have anything but sheets, she called someone as she was leaving the room to find out where the rest of the bed linens were , she came back with 2 unopened blankets that had not been laundered to use for cover. She did apologize and did all she could do! She took photos of the bed sheets. Finally got into bed at a late hour to have to get up at 5:00 am. Left word at check out for management to call regarding the issues and left a voicemail no word from anyone , called back the following day spoke to GM, he stated he was aware of the situation and saw photos and would get back to me after investigation! No word yet from him. Don't really understand why an investigation was necessary regarding my problems he had photos, I understand investigation to see how it happened which is his problem not mine. We had 3 rooms that I booked and one room my friend booked! I recommended this hotel and was totally embarrassed!!

Hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable with large sectional sofa, swivel television, desk for work area. Great location with food and shopping and interstate right there. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only complaint would be that the mattresses were not great and housekeeping came late in the day (when we were back at the room) rather than during morning hours to refresh the room; a bit inconvenient. Breakfast could be better too. But will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable of all information needed. The room was very clean and spacious for me to just lounge and have my personal space. I would definitely stay here on another occasion.

The pricing is high to start if you travel with your pet look out there very high extra fees. The hotel over all was hot the A/C in the hall show 80's the room also had a real hard time cooling. The carpet in the hall ways was warn and not clean in large sections. The staff did there jobs ok, but; there was no friendliness in there response, not a welcoming feeling at all. No coffee in the lobby, we asked for extra packs in the room, we were given one. The location is good that is why we chose the hotel. This was our third time to stay, both the other stays were nice, the extra pet fees, overall friendliness poor A/C, and aging make me say we would not recommend to others.

Marlene at the front desk immediately helpful and very patient with me even when very busy at the front desk. I had several requests (move to wheelchair accessible, more towels, soap for the room) she handled perfectly. Hyatt - You have a keeper. She made my stay. Air worked great in the room. Towels thick and comfortable. Pillow not too soft or hard. Bed firmer than most which I loved.

room service was not good. bathroom not cleaned,had to request toilet paper, dirty glasses left in room and bed half made. this is not a new hotel as advertised. the carpet is nasty and the carpet in the halls need to be replaced.

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. And the rooms were very clean.

The room and people were great!! Will stay there again!!!

I have always enjoyed this hotel, however it would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

Staff accommodating . Moved us after our first room was next to noisy teenagers.
