Staff friendly, great breakfast, great location, rooms antiquated but comfortable, enjoyed our stay. Location convenient to I20 and shopping and restaurants. I would recommend to others looking for nice less expensive hotel.
One of the side doors that required and key for entry was unlocked the whole weekend. Anyone who was walking around the are could have come in at anytime. There were camera's up in the hotel room but no security, so that was no help. The air conditioner kicked out stale air that felt recirculated, like there was not real air conditioning unit. It looked like a lot of the iron & ironing board were second hand. The mattress felt like the were purchased 2nd hand. This felt like an independently owned hotel under the Comfort Inn banner. They are using the name for familiarity and branding purposes. I would recommend going to the Comfort Inn in Flowood, MS which is 15 mins Norhteast
They would not refund my money even thought I requested non-smoking and had a child with asthma with me.
