I like that it was close by interstate and had a pool.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the clean smell.

Breakfast was promised on Orbitz at booking, but hotel did not provide breakfast. The room smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. Maintenance workers were making a lot of noise at 6:00 am. The old fashioned air conditioning unit was too noisy. The room was not air conditioned when we initially entered it.

Overall the amenities were fairly decent and my family appreciated waking up to breakfast. However, as it relates to the customer service/ guest relations I was less than impressed. During breakfast, my mom asked if there was more oatmeal and was informed that there wasn't. While my mom was understanding of the "No there's no more oatmeal" what she couldn't nor accept the manner in which the staff in the breakfast room handled the situation. The young lady was less than friendly and seemed more concerned with cleaning up and getting the guest out by 9. Additionally, about a week after our trip, my husband noticed that the hotel had charged our credit in error. When I called to rectify the issue the first person I spoke with might as well had told me "your problem not mine" when she directed to call Expedia because the error was not on the hotel's fault. We later found out the error indeed was caused by the hotel. Expedia worked on our behalf to get the issue resolved. When I called the hotel as a follow up to ensure that charges would be reversed I was told by an individual over the phone "I already spoke to 3 people about this yesterday didn't they tell you that the charges would be reversed?".... While I'm aware and can accept mistakes happen I can not accept poor customer service. Guests should not be handled nor addressed as though they are a burden to the staff. While the overall stay was decent at this site the 3 staff encounters were not of quality at all.

It was a good price and close to the Jackson airport. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. The only real downside was that the fitness facility was not very good.

I liked the clean and fresh lobby and the room & helpfulness of the staff.

Elevator out of service. Upstairs hallways were hot. Room was 85 degrees when I arrived, although it cooled off eventually when I turned on the ac.

The hotel was basic, but clean and did the job. We would stay again.

This hotel met our basic needs for a one-night visit: comfortable bed with clean linen, towels well stocked in the bathroom, a refrigerator and microwave in the room, desk space, working television. The morning breakfast ran out of several things well before the 9 a.m. closing time, for instance, coffee cups weren't replenished so that several people were unable to get morning coffee. But this was minor. There were juices and water.

Friendly staff. Premises was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel needed updated. The room was real stuffy and didn’t smell good at all

The last over night was really nice and helpful, the best was really soft and comfy, I definitely would be coming back
