This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve loved both visits! The rooms are large. The breakfast is wonderful and has lots of options. The staff is fantastic. My only wish is that the pool was bigger, but it didn’t affect our stay much. We’ll happily stay here again!

Awful experience. The darkening shade was stuck in a halfway up position. The refrigerator was not only hot, but it also leaked water onto the floor, which I slipped in. Front desk came up with towels but not apology to wipe it up. And calling the Help line was a total waste of time. Do better Hilton!

This was the dirtiest hotel in which we have ever stayed. There was trash in the elevator and a label of some sort stuck to the floor, the elevator doors were dirty, hair on our bathroom floor, stuck-on labeling on the dishwasher, the mirror was filthy, our shampoo was missing, and there was no dish detergent or dishwasher tabs. And one of the towel racks was missing from the wall. We went down for breakfast at 8:00am. There was no bread or bagels. I asked if there was any and was told “No, not at this time.” There was still 2 hours of breakfast time. The A/C worked well.

Slightly less good condition than other Home2Suites we have stayed in recently. Good size room and decent shower. Convenient parking & plenty of restaurants within walking distance ( however not many paths to walk to them on). (Refrigerator had standing water on the top shelf which is odd, but both the refrigerator and freezer worked fine.)

Refrigerators needs servicing

Everything was fine, but not sure what’s going on with all the refrigerators in the rooms. They are sweating and water is leaking underneath the refrigerator so I had to change room only to find out the next day. The same thing happened to the refrigerator in my other room.

Labor Day getaway

I attended the Labor Day Battle of the Bands at the War Stadium in Jackson MS. This location was close to the event and businesses and restaurants. The parking was free and the hotel was clean. The staff was kind and the breakfast was worth the price!

Room was clean and modern. The linens were wonderful and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Front desk staff was welcoming and very nice. We enjoyed the location, was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great place to relax.
