Dont go if you care about cleanliness and comfort

The place was very dirty and smelled a lot of smoke. We got another room but also that one was dirty. It looked very used and old and with the emergency exit door from the apartment and out you could see between the wall and the floor through a gap outside and down 5 floors. Didn't seem very safe. They refused to give us a refund. We checked out and left the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly reception, excellent breakfast maid, good location: easy to drive, restaurants and shopping malls around, car parking available on the street (but arrive early on FB Ulker event days), clean room. Prefer the rooms with balcony. Reception promptly resets the new revised AC when needed. Good price/service.

The rooms were very good, clean tidy and very comfortable but I would avise against booking with breakfast included as it was limited to just a few items and was down in the basement. There was a place The Hunger which offered great choices of breakfast just 300 metres from hotel
