From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with Istanbul/Sherrton style hospitality. They gave us each a strawberry hibiscus freshment drink. All the staff from front desk, leadership team, bellhop, cleaning staff were so warm and engaging with us. They were always polite, professional and kind. The breakfast is nothing I have ever seen before. There is something for everyone regardless of your dietary lifestyle or medical needs. This hotel is well equipped with full staff working 24 hours a day. The location I would say is perfect because it’s in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Always take a taxi because it is cheap and cheerful. The spa onsite is incredible meaning the pool, steam room and sauna. If you need to get glammed up they do have an onsite salon. Go there you will not regret it at all.

This hotel is quite far from Taksim square, they have shuttle buses for this transport, therefore had you decided to pay for an expensive hotel, you’d better try walkable similars close to the busy area of Taksim square.
