A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served.

The staff were so flirty and not professional at all. The hotel is in the middle of no where so if you are going as a guest bit from Turkey it’s difficult to walk up and down the hills it’s exhausting. Nobody was helpful. Considering this was a Hilton hotel I wasn’t impressed at all. Just the view was amazing

The showers were horrible. Horrible water pressure and the water would go cold then hot then back to cold. Very frustrating. We asked for 1 hour extended late check out and they said they were fully booked then when my girlfriend called them and complained they let us stay an extra hour. The plugs in the bathroom didnt work.
