t’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious and most well served My friends enjoyed the grace and attractiveness of the lobby Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel, I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Arden hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
Stayed 4 nights here. The suit was very nice but service is awfully slow. When my wife asked for a bottle of water they bring it after 24 hours. Breakfast is very poor - not recommended to ear. When asked for an iron got incredible answer: “all 5 irons are busy” (they brought it finally, but after a long time). Also they don’t put new shampoo in bath after old one been used. During our stay in Arden City Hotel my wife had a birthday so I asked staff to buy tulips flowers (I payed for it extra) - they brought a wilted flowers, and when we asked for a vase they said they have no one... So this hotel doesn’t worth money they charge for their service.
I stayed there with my friend about four night. It was very good experience. Excellent hotel with good service. Hotel is in the city centre, room comfortable and clean. The terrace was good. There is a nice view up there. Staff also helpful. Reception Osman was really friendly and very kind. He helped us a lot during our stay. I really would like to stay in Arden City Hotel again.
Excellent location. You can walk to most of the place to visit such Hagasofia and Grant bazaars and blue mosque. The room is tiny but the staff are quite nice to compensate it. Excellent location. I will visit again to Istanbul.
I stayed there for 3 nights. Location is excellent away and close to the main street (Sultanahmet tramway stop) The street is flat so it is easy to walk with your luggage. Pros: Check in and check out was swift. The night receptionist was very good (Usman i think) The room is quite small but for a single person use it is acceptable. Clean and all the amenities are available. Breakfast is good and service too Cons: the hotel is in a corner and you hear pedestrian chats and cars moving. Especially if you are on the lower floors. The walls between the rooms are thin you can easily hear your neighbors If you are a deep sleeper and can handle the noise this hotel is excellent.
Stayed 5 nights here and the location in the old city is excellent as it is walking distance to all the best attractions (Sultanahmet mosque, Hagia sophia, basilica cistern, grand bazaar). However that is the only thing I liked about the hotel, the standard double rooms are extremely small and I felt cramped in the room, the walls are vey thin so you can hear your hotel neighbours conversation. The staff are friendly enough and the breakfast is average. The shower takes its time to heat up and the sink/washbasin is tiny I am 6ft and I struggled being able to wash myself properly as it is enclosed inside a tiny opening in the wall. Im upset as the room size was really terrible and you could hear road noises from the outside so lots of noise pollution.
overall a very comfortable clean hotel ..reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially umit who was just a great guy and could not do enough to help and great at his job ..brilliant young guy night staff too always there to help .. ..borish also a lovely guy and would do anything to help ..thank you guys for your great hospitality ..steve and david manchester england

We stayed at the Arden City Hotel over 6 nights and 5 days. Check in was completed by Osman (night reception), who was the highlight of our stay. Osman and the other staff including Ismail were always so happy to help, answer any questions and in general, were courteous and provided excellent customer service. I was unaware I was an Expedia VIP until I received a check-in survey email, and upon returning to the hotel after dinner that evening this was corrected immediately (without me even asking!) and we were upgraded free of charge to the Hagia Sophia suite. The level of cleanliness (of our room) throughout our was exceptional, and we had a beautiful view of the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our balcony too. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast- the selection was limited and the food did not cater to our tastes. The hotel would benefit from offering a continental breakfast. Otherwise, this is a conveniently located hotel close to all the main sites (5 min walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica etc). A special thank you to Osman for his great customer service, we greatly appreciated it!
Nice , friendly , helpful staff .. my wife forgot her wallet in the reception sitting area and it was full of money and cards and we r not even notice that we lost it until the receptionist called us in our room and asked me to come down and take it , really he is a very honest man ( Thursday evening ) . the room is clean and comfortable and has an excellent view from its balcony .the hotel is in the middle of Sultan ahmed area and near grand bazar , the blue Mosque , Aya Sophia church , the metro . at night the area is wonderful and a lot of restaurants with variety of meals
