Hotel muito bom, com ótima localização na área de sultanahmet. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. It is a very nice hotel, with a good localization in sultanahmet area. The people here are so Nice too
The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was awesome. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and would defiantly book there again. It is near to everything in the old city. If you require city tours don't stress they organise it for you.
I don't like the hotel hospitality,, i feel like I'm on hotel with two stars not 4!! Also i found where'd smells on water heater,, the hotel type is hotel that you will not going to come back again to it
My review refers in fact to the rooftop terrace where we had lunch last Saturday. It was sunny and it was so very relaxing to have lunch there. I would mention the nice setup, the customer service of the staff since we entered the hotel, the awesome view towards Hagia Sophia and Topkapi, part of Bosphorus too; and last but not least - the wonderful chocolate cake I had! I enjoyed everything very much.
Clean hotel. There is everything you want mini bar, it is classed amongst luxury hotels. The breakfast very varies delicious, the people working are friendly polite, the place is near to all tourist areas sultan Ahmed, aya sofia, Topkapi, tram station, grand bazaar, bayazit.I advise everyone to visited
My wife and I stayed at the hotel from the 1st to the 6th of December. Upon arrival we were shown several rooms that ultimately we were not satisfied with for various reasons. The management finally showed us to the Hagia Sofia room on the 6th floor and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The room has a balcony with a marvellous direct view of the Hagia Sofia, which makes for great selfies. The bathroom also features a jacuzzi functioning bathtub that is great in the evening when returning from a long day of sight-seeing. Overall the room was clean and a nice size. Our stay could not have been better being in the heart of Sultanhemet with the Blue Mosque just a 5 minute walk away. The tram is available and is easy to use and there are many great restaurants close by to eat try out. Also, Eminonu port is just over 10 mins walk away if you wish to take a Bosphorous cruise or day trip to Princes Islands. If you need any further guidance from locals you need not go further then the reception desk at the hotel; Fareed and Yunus were two staff members that made our stay very comfortable, both sincere and friendly people with in-depth knowledge of the area. After staying at the Arden City Hotel for the first time, it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Istanbul. Omar
Room 305 - A little on the small side and it was classed a 'Superior room'. This didn't matter to us too much as very little time was spent in the room. All good facilities - excellent shower! The location of the hotel is the best feature. It was walking distance to all the major attractions, even Asia! Alternatively an excellent tram service operates with stations very close by. Please be aware, it is hilly. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We used yellow metered taxis so and from airport as best value. WARNING - allow lots of extra time to get to the Airport for departure as traffic is very bad.
It is OK, but they are not perfessinal. My room was small & clean. Breakfast is really delicious. It seems staff are not trained for a 4-stars hotel. They have good & friendly behavior, but they do not know how act like a perfessinal.
Felt that our well-being and belongings were honestly taken care of. Ferit was like a papa hen, always watching and helping. This, I really needed. (The day after leaving, I fell and broke my arm.) The breakfast (included) was fabulous. The room upgrade was easy to get. The location was absolutely fabulous. Near many shops and restaurants. Just a few blocks from the famous mosques and churches, as well as the Bosphoros Strait and day cruises. We will definitely return there, and gladly recommend it!
Very well located, 1 min walking distance from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable. The lobby is well decorated. Nice breakfast, good service, helpful and professional staff.
