It wasn't clean enough. Someone smokes in the room. The bathroom needs to been refreshed. There was no free water in the room. But the staff is polite.

I loved my stay at Beijing hotel. I was really lucky that I reserved there. First, when I arrived at 10:00 am and I was tired, they gave me a room before my checkin time, and the room was better than the reserved one. Also they gave me a cup of tea. The room was clean when I took it, and the room services everyday came and took trash and put towels and water. Also, yassine and ezzat are amazing. The rest of the staff on th reception very friendly and speak Arabic and English. For the location, it is 2 to 3 minutes far from the osmanbey metro station, and it is in a calm neighborhood. And it is near to taksim, and nt so far from besiktas and the seaside. The only thing is that (it is in all istanbul) there are many steep streets. So if you want to go with your lauggage to the station it will be a hard trip. However if you are going to the airport, you can get a taxi to take you to the havaist/havabus station in taksim. Yassine got me a taxi and told him not to take lots of money. He also helped m wighting my bags and tagging my name. He was really very responsive to all of my requests. The hotel is really great. I highly loved it

Gitmeyin, bu otel bile değil

Otele girdiğimizde çarşaflar kıl doluydu ve leş gibi sigara kokuyordu. Farklı oda istedik 1,5 saat beklettiler ve sonrasında verdikleri oda da sigara kokuyordu en azından biraz daha temizdi. Odalar apartman boşluğuna bakıyor, genel olarak havasız ve hep sigara kokuyor. Bina oldukça eski, çatlaklar var ve deprem olsa sağ çıkamam diye düşünüyorsunuz. Odada sıcak su bile yoktu, suyun en sıcak hali ılıktı diyebiliriz. Odadaki her çeşme şu akarken suyun akışı değişiyor. Mesela siz elinizi yıkarken su bir azalıyor bir artıyor. Odada sabun yoktu, odaya sabun istedim ve 3. soyleyişimde geldiler. İnsanları çok yoruyorlar. Sabun değiştirme şekillerini gördüm sabunun içine ellerini sokuyorlar ve sabun kapağını tuvalet zemjnine koyuyorlar. Ne kadar hijyenik bir yer olduğunu anlamışsınızdır. Resepsiyondakiler de ilgili gibi görünüp hallediyoruz hemen diyorlar. Ama hiç bir şey yaptıkları yok. Tek yaptıkları sizi geçiştirmek ve yabancı müşterilerle muhabbet etmek. Son olarak, apartman boşluğundan sevisme sesleri geliyordu. Bu olayın da bir aile için sıkıntılı durum yaratmasi gayet muhtemel. Bu sebeplerle hiç bir şeyden memnun kalmadım. Zerre mutlu değilim. Asla gitmeyin. Gidecekseniz de nelerle karşılaşacağınızı yazdım, bunu bekleyerek gidin.
