AC didn’t work in either room, no iron provided and have to share one between all guests, flies in the room coming from a ceiling cover in the bathroom. Staff were good but the language barrier made it very difficult to get our points across

Everything was so good. The staff was really nice and friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast was more than enough. Everyone was so pleasant, especially Mahsun, he helped us a lot also regarding arranging the taxi to the airport as well, definitely going back again.

The receptionists were wonderful like Mahsun and Huseyin they were very helpful. But room service was aweful and had to ask them instead of daily room service and so weak in charging the room. The lady work in kitchen was very disrepectful.

The hotel is very good for the price, clean rooms, except under the bed, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and nice staff. The problem here is not the hotel, but the street it is on. Even though right on that street there are a few 3 and 4 star hotels, the street is very dirty, hardly any sidewalk space because people use the sidewalk for other purposes such as parking motorcycles and throwing trash, therefore people end up walking on the streets amid all the vehicles which makes it dangerous. The street has mainly car shops, auto parts, and junk yards.

Dear Solo hotle taksim team I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service during my recent stay at your hotel everything from the cleanliness of the room to friendly and helpful staff made my visit truly enjoyable. We stayed 5 nights with my wife our trip couldn’t have been better. During our stay we met Mahsun at the reception and he was so kind and helpful and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile honestly he couldn’t have been better and really made our stay special thanks again!

I stayed here for only 1 night althought i booked 5 nights. I wouldnt consider this as a 3 star hotel. The only positive was the bed which was comfy. This is areally low budget hotel but the price paid wasnt in accordance. If you are going out and need to stay somewhere just to sleep this hotel can be suitable. In terms of the breakfast not too much to offer but then again if your not fussy about breakfast its ok. The shower head top came off broke on the time of use and i advise you bring your own shampoo and shower gel as there was a shampoo but no shower gel and i had only one towel for 2 people, had to ask for an extra one. Overal just for sleep its ok but not my type of 3 star might as well pay a little more and go to a 4 star.

The room was great with very good toilet and bathroom facilities. The location was also great as was a short walk to the top of Taksim where you can start your day and access many parts of Istanbul. They also provide pick up and collection from airport as well as excellent, partnered Hammam service. Overall for the price I paid the value is incredible.

Fatih was amazing, he helped me with everything and anything I needed. So glad that I was able to stay here and was able to get to the Istanbul Congress Center easily. The area was fine, a little loud during the day but very safe.

Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was good in general, however, room towels were not something you feel comfortable using (I usually bring mine!). additionally I would add more coffee and tea in the room as dining facility is only available during breakfast time (8am to 10am). I would suggest make it available to serve tea, Coffee and light snacks during other times for hotel users and their guests (Paid service). Location of hotel is good and is in close waking distance to transport and Takseim sq. However, it is on a busy road which is noisy sometimes. In General it was good stay and i would chose it again.

My apple airpod are stolen from our room in this hotel during cleaning or when we were out, by tracking the location through my Iphone, I see it is in the hotel but depsit many contacts with staff I was unable to get it. If it is still in the there, why they refuse to return it?
