We were very comfortable during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean. It was a wonderful holiday and I hope to come again. And we would like to thank Mr. Mahsun very much for everything.

Reason , 1- Fan Heaters not good it was freezing in the room . 2- lifts were out of service for 1 day I got stuck with my wife and my son. 3- Custermer Service in Canteen breakfast they don’t speak English very rude . 4- My Barthroom tap in other room no hot water . 5- The only person in reception was Mr Amir was good the rest unprofessional. 6- Service were terrible. The Management do not look after their hotel quest express their service 👎👎👎👎👎
