It needs refurbishment.Toilet floor was leaking ,tabs and sockets were nearly out of the walls . Staff was good ,on complaint they changed the room right away with in an hour . Location is very good ,main attractions are on walkable distance and connection to metro ,tram and buses is good .

Hotel is better than other hotel 3 star. Design and interior of the hotel like a 4 star. Tea, coffee and water you can drink for free in the lobby throughout the day. Hotel staff are very polite and attentive

it was fine.

Overall the hotel was ok, except some negative points. 1-the breakfast is a little bit poor compared to other hotels i tried in istanbul 2- the toilets are small,the shower was draining to the toilet's floor and no isolation since the toilet is separated by glass door. 3-can hear other rooms noise (ex: Tv)
