Bad customer service!!! We email them before we arrive they never responded. (The reception said the email orbitz has on the hotel is wrong so don’t even waste your time emailing because no one will respond) We wanted someone to pick us up because the hotel is inside and we need to walk a lot to get to the reception of the hotel to check in. No one ever responded to us. We have to walk with all our luggage’s to get to reception and where exhausted. Once we arrive the guy at reception was rude and did not treat us well. Also, the food is not so good on the hotel and the staff is not nice. We book this hotel because of the pool they have an advertise but it is not included!!!! You have to pay a lot of money if you want to get in the pool. Terrible experience at the hotel I would have expected better from a Hilton but really bad service. Very disappointed.

The hotel is in a really great location. Loved the area and the things to do around. It was very nice to go for walks at night. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom always smelled like sewer though. There was a drain behind the tub and that's where the smell comes from. The restaurant is very expensive. I spent $7.00 for two fanta. We really wanted to use the pool and Turkish bath but you can't do that unless you book an appointment. And even then you only get 30 min in the pool. Honestly, at $180 per night you would expect to be able to use all amenities for however long and when you want. I really loved the location but I will not return.
1. Parking is horrible. You have to park away from the hotel with no way to contact hotel if you do not have SIM card. Everyday you have to check with hotel to make sure they paid your parking which is not very consistent. 2. Cleaning crew picked up my girlfriend´s bathing suit with the towels and did nothing to check on the status. We called the night before we left and the front desk girl said manager was not around but would get back to us. Never did. When we contacted front desk again in morning, they had nothing until we told them to do something. They said it would take some time. We told them we had to go in 30 mins to the airport to which they said they would need an hour. Horrible customer service with no follow up from them to this day.
