Very very unclean. The room was very dirty. There was hair on the bed. There was stains on the towels. There was dirt on the walls. The ac was dirty and did not work. Only thought to book this as it was affordable and local to where i needed to stay. However, after that i would have been happy to pay more. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. Wouldnt reccomend at all. I ended sleeping in my day clothes and putting a tshirt over the pillow. Made me very sick. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK

There’s a separate building (not listed) where you’re expected to check in. Had I not randomly met someone staying at a different hotel they they manage, I would not have found it. The hotel elevator only goes up to the second floor then you have to walk upstairs to the third. Check in and check out is easy once you know the building. They provide laundry services and require cash (lira, euros or usd). The hotel is down the hill pictured. It’s a long walk to the top of the hill. The whole area is very hilly. Breakfast is good and is held downstairs in the main reception building. The stairs are narrow. Overall enjoyed my stay

I am disappointed. First, I didn’t get the room I reserved. Second, the bathroom is in very bad shape and not clean at all. The bed sheets were not the right fit for the mattress so they came off during the night. The cleaning lady knocked and then proceeded to come into my room while I was half undressed. She didn’t wait long enough for me to answer the door. Perhaps the hotel could implement some simple fix like hanging a “do not disturb” sign on the door which would solve this problem. If you can get past the disgusting bathroom, the hotel is, however, in a good location. It’s within walking distance from the Blue mosque, Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed Square, and lots of tiny little restaurants and grocery stores for conveniences. There is also some uphill walking so if you have bad knees then this might not be best option.

I booked this hotel for my brother from Canada following the ratings and reviews but unfortunately I felt too much disappointment hearing that my brother was shocked by my things in the hotel. It was not easy accessible, no door for bathroom , tiny room and many things were broken.

Selim was very nice and accommodating. They let us keep our bag after checkout, so we could come pick it up later. they even let us check in earlier because the room was empty! The room had shower gel, shampoo, slippers and towels. Very fairly priced. A bit hard to find at first, but overall a very satisfactory stay.

Nothing like the pictures:(

This hotel was unfortunately nothing like the pictures, it was very poor, view was non-existant, air conditioner never worked properly took 1 hour to maintain a decently cool level. The first room they took us to was the one we booked but very smoky and paint was peeling so we went to another room, very very small, but otherwise fine. the one thing that was fine was the bathroom which was good. However service was very terrible, the hotel is in a seperate building then the "front desk" which is across the street. There is always a shortage of towels, they have literally no bottled water even at the facility, when we first arrived to the hotel from the airport we were dead tired after a 10 hour flight, then a 1.5 hour bus ride to the hotel, they said they had no water so I had to walk to the nearest store to get water. What kind of hotel doesn't have basic necessities like towels, comforters and water?? The only, and I do mean only positive thing about this hotel is the manager saleem who tried to help us as much as possible and was nice. But please spend a couple more dollars and stay elsewhere, this hotel is nothing like the pictures and doesn't offer much of anything.
