The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a great area. I really enjoyed the breakfast and greatly appreciated flexibility in the checkout time. The room itself was small, but okay. Some parts were not as clean as I would have liked—I took a shower and somehow ended up with a contact lens (not mine) on my toe!

Our reservation was for a free spa service. When we asked at the desk the gave us an address for another hotel and a 20 % off coupon. They were not especially welcoming or helpful. Also — the street noise was very loud and kept on well past midnight The room itself was very nice and clean. The people who were working at breakfast were also very nice.

Excellent location close to using ferries/public transport. Many restaurants nearby. Hotel Spa, was small and basic. Sauna/steam room not working. Had a swimming pool and that’s about it Felt more like three star. On a positive the staff were friendly. For breakfast can request omelette etc which is made to order. Free bottled water provided

The room was very comfortable and had good WiFi and air conditioning. My room was on the backside of the building and was quiet. There were good dining options nearby, and it was close to the T1 tram line and the bridge to the old city.
