Absolutely rude staff, not worth a penny to spend

We stayed for 9 days over Christmas here and I can tell you we were absolutely shocked by level of their service and attitude towards us. The staff are not friendly in the spa area, they are rude and not attentive to your requests. When we requested to warm up the water for us a bit they refused but later that day we checked they warmed up for their local Turkish guests. Reception was as bad as swimming pool staff. Even they were telling our kids off when they were having fun using the swimming pool. The hotel is way far from the city centre, the only good note was a clean hotel.

Not recommended

I won’t really recommend this hotel for tourists and families. It mostly used by local people and the service you get it is not professional and friendly. We had problem every day using pool and sauna. They only make the pool warm for people they prefer and despite mentioning many times the pool was cold water and also very rude staff as they always shout on kids. Simply avoid this hotel.

It was a decent establishment. Overall facility and comfort was good. Some deep cleaning of the hallway carpets and the bathroom tiles could lift the spirits of the place to a much better state.

Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops across road very accessible for anything additional that was needed, I would suggest a few coat hooks by the front door of room as there is no where to hang coats/handbags etc

It was the awful experience we ever had , we booked a hotel thinking American hotels are all good it was saying 5 star hotel but we were wrong. From the first day my brother and his family went there they didn’t allow them eat the breakfast because according to them we didn’t have breakfast included, bummer I made the reservation myself and I had a proof it’s free breakfast. Even I went there the breakfast manager was so rude and still I had proof and front desk said my brother and his family can eat still the guy was so rude and said I’m going to charge you. So the manager had to call and talk to that crazy man. AC WAS ON and of and in middle of the night we had to call the front desk to ask them to turn on the AC what the heck. Than they charge us 20TL for freaking cup of ice every time. What is going on 20TL FOR ice seriously 😒? Than the internet connection was 0 in the room only at the lobby was perfect. Than the breakfast was awful they had a very bad watermelons cut everyday. This was a bad experience. I was really shocked for a 5 star hotel this ? Never again I’m going to book from Expedia or book in that hotel. It’s a shame.

A nice relaxing stay

Just what we needed. A nice, relaxing, comfortable stay after a challenging week! I would highly recommend the Turkish Hammam and Pangi was great. The prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting. The pool was closed due to Covid, but Spa, sauna, steam room were open and close at 7pm. The restaurant is open 24 hours which is very useful The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and apart from the fridge not working, there’s nothing else. The hotel staff are friendly enough and housekeeping staff are very respectful We had a great family experience

Already upon our arrival, the hotel staff in general seemed more concerned with going after their own business than helping us with the check-in. They almost spoke no English (please note that the hotel chain supposedly is from the UK). When we entered our room, we found the floor soaking wet and the bed pillow dirty. When I called the hotel desk for help, first of all they pulled out the credit card machine to charge for the whole stay in advance. And the next three days went on in the same manner: The second day, our room apparently was cleaned in one and a half seconds, bathroom included. To obtain more than three words of info from the help desk seemed an impossible mission.
