we stayed in this hotel for one night for certain amount of money which a guy at reception told us . then tomorrow morning when we were checking out . another guy said that we have to pay more . it was nt much but it not nice at all to treat a tourist like this . and bar other people say is true is open until 3 or 4 and it s very noisy . but the rooms are clean .
There is only one advantage of this hotel which is location to city transport. The hotel is located close to Aksaray metro station which is straight line from airport Ataturk and 2 minutes to T1 tramway station. The disadvantages are the following: 1) the hotel is located close to Mosque and every day at 6 o'clock you will wake up with the prayer 2) the young man on reception is not polite and unfriendly 3) the furniture of the hotel is old and shabby 4) the bathroom smells bad 5) the pressure in the shower is very weak and it's difficult to wash long hair
I was in Bern hotel one day, and leave it, becouse reception personal thieves money due the payment. Also the price is not compliant to servis. Hotel is tight, close and dark. Very noisy at night. Around a lot of better alternatives, and not so expensive.
Location of this hotel is perfect. There are tram and two metro stops not far from the hotel. Breakfast was perfect: same, but varied. Room is nice, not big, cozy, but minus is poor soundproofing. Also hospitable staff.
I stayed for 8 days at this hotel with my wife. This was in april 2013! The hotel fulfills what they claim on internet! We loved the food, it was excelent. But it was very noisy mostly due to traffic outside but also due to bad insulation. We could litteraly hear a conversation from the room next door. The other guest was also noisy until late hours. The location was very good, we could walk to the most of the attractions.
I stayed in this hotel for three days in order to work and my beloved wife was with me, Hospitality quiet and very close to public transport (one minute walk from the tram and 4 minutes walk from the Metro) Furniture Very good, excellent hygiene, and a wonderful breakfast, the receptionist and very friendly and cooperative and speaks English, Arabic and Russian in addition to Turkish, which is something wonderful and very rare in Istanbul. Many popular restaurants spread around the hotel, a good restaurant can eat different foods Turkish delicacies. Hotel near a public park is small but very nice with a cafe in the middle
Especially when it's in Istanbul - this city is over crowded like you would not believe- so when the Tourist season starts the hotel rates climb and climb... so my usual hotel becomes too expensive and my travel agent suggests this one instead.......... At best it's a tourist hotel at worst it s a rip off - poor furniture quality, dreadful telephone system, bad electrics. No writiing desk or any description, poor quality wifi and top notch prices - a perfect case of supply and demand
Stayed at this hotel for 6 days and found the service excellent. Good location, clean and inexpensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast first class. Will stay here again on my next visit.
Mid-way between the Aksaray metro stop (end of the Red line that leads to Ataturk Airport) and the Yuşufpaşe metro stop (middle of the Blue line with a short ride to Sultanamet, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Golden Horn, etc.) the location is ideal. Comfortable beds, a good bath, reasonably sized rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast. We stayed only one night due to a nearly 24-hour layover and would have had no problem staying more days. The price is somewhat high but very much in-line with similar hotels.
I recommend this hotel to everyone. the price is very cheap. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and plentiful. In addition, the location is optimal, is 2 minutes from the tram stop that takes you to the center in 5 minutes and the metro is also close by. I recommend it to everyone, the only flaw is the size of the room not very big, and if you can give yourselves a room not facing the street because it's noisy.
