The hotel location is very good with lots of local friendly services, people in the hotel are friendly and supportive, I have had great help from the hotel concierge Ms. Beyze in dealing with language difficulty and also good advise on where to go and what to do. We spend there five days only but they were marvelous five days. Especial thanks to Ms. Beyze,
First of all, this hotel is not in the old city (Sultanahmed District). With that in mind it would not be a good choice if you wanted to see all of the Ottoman and Roman/Greek churches, mosques, palaces and museums. But it makes a great selection if you just want to enjoy Bosphorus and Ortakoy area. The hotel offers fantastic day and night views. Being right on the water, you can not get any closer to Bosphorus and have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Speaking of breakfast, it is simply amazing and overwhelming with choices. If you are a breakfast person, this buffet style spread is where you want to be. They even have bacon even though many of the guests are not christians. The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful.
Very nice view from the bar and terrasse Breakfast quite okay but not as it is supposed to be for this type of hotel. But bedroom' view on the trash beside :( hôtel is quite okay but basic bedroom, confortable yes but not really fancy
Radisson has two exceptional qualities - the location, with the wonderful Bosphorus view, and and warmth of their hospitality and service. The rooms are ordinary, slightly small but clean, plush and a well-planned out loo. We had a partial Bosphorus view room with a lovely bay window. Breakfast is tasty but the menu is the same daily, and that gets dull. Ortakoy is a wonderful area to be in and the location of the hotel is near perfect. A lovely shout out to Beyza, their guest relations manager, who assisted us for an hour with our delayed cab... she won our hearts and ensured we made it on time for our flight.
Hotel is located in a perfect place, rooms are nicely decorated, the room we stayed in had a balcony over looking the bosphorus. Breakfast open buffet has plenty of options, staff is helpful and most of them speak in English. I can highly recommend it !
Location. Facilities... We arrived for 1 day relax after successful project and the whole experience was Just perfect. I marked this place for any further future visit. We did not have enough time to investigate further.. Next time
Perfect Cleaned Room, Perfect Place, Great Breakfast, In fact great place to stay in Istanbul. Parking for Car, The breakfast terrace with Phosphorus was ideal for the morning's. The bar with terrace in the evening gave a extra boost to the Romantic stay in Istanbul.
This hotel location is super. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide spread. Including a live egg counter where they make excellent omelette to your taste. Service is Always with a big smile ✨ In case you don't want to take the hotel breakfast there are many options adjacent to the hotel My favourite is THE HOUSE CAFE They have a good choice of healthy food options. I had a problem with my room bath tub The management was super efficient in attending to it and even upgraded my room
This is a hotel I will stay over and over again. The location ,the views, you can not beat. Having a cup of coffee at the front terrace is priceless. The room I stayed in did not have a view (because I did not want to pay for it) but it was very spacious, newly renovated, very clean. The staff very professional. They even provided me with an electricity adopter knowing I was travelling from abroad. Whatever I requested from them they took care of it in no time. The spa unfortunately needed a bit TLC the whirlpool was not functioning.the steam room I really did not care much, Sauna was good and so was the Turkish bath (hamam). They definitely need some work in the spa and work out area. The breakfast is right there on the Bosphorous, gorgeous views,I had it once for the experience since it was not included in my room fee. It is too expensive and nothing that special. There are many eateries in the area where you can have breakfast for pennies.
Very good location along Bosphorus with beautiful view on Ortakoy Mosque and Bridge. Room are clean and staff very attentive. You can have a walk on small market place/streets around. Many restaurants and bars in the vincinity.
