comfortable hotel a little out of the way

beautiful hotel in a safe but not walkable area. service was great and friendly but you can't control the room temperature yourself--you have to call the front desk. about 10-15 min walk to a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a metro station.

The whole appeal for this property is the fact they included a spa, sauna, steam room, jaccuzi, swimming pool, and roof top garden. All of which are completely unusable! We could have spent a fraction of the cost and went somewhere nicer. Everyone in the establishment is smoking somewhere. The location is very unsafe. And I have much more to say but wont.

I’ve been visiting Istanbul from the U.S. and UK for the last few years quite familiar with the Dekta spa for great Hamam and Massage. Decided to try the hotel my 1st night into Istanbul and was very surprised of what a great value, location, and service I received upon arrival so stayed for an additional 3 nights. Best Value in Istanbul as of June, 2023 🙏 Thank you Alena, Cengiz, and Gurkan, the front desk Manager for making me feel very welcomed and will definitely be returning.

For a NON SMOKING ROOM, Expedia booked me into a room that was full of smoke. The sheets were not clean. When I made a complaint, Expedia nor the hotel helped, in fact the hotel lied. This hotel is not in a nice part of the city. I would rate them minus 10 out of 10
