comfortable hotel a little out of the way

beautiful hotel in a safe but not walkable area. service was great and friendly but you can't control the room temperature yourself--you have to call the front desk. about 10-15 min walk to a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a metro station.

Decided to try the hotel my 1st night into Istanbul and was very surprised of what a great value, location, and service I received upon arrival so stayed for an additional 3 nights. The whole appeal for this property is the fact they included a spa, sauna, steam room, jaccuzi, swimming pool, and roof top garden. All of which are completely unusable! We could have spent a fraction of the cost and went somewhere nicer. Everyone in the establishment is smoking somewhere. The location is very unsafe. And I have much more to say but wont.

For a NON SMOKING ROOM, Expedia booked me into a room that was full of smoke. The sheets were not clean. When I made a complaint, Expedia nor the hotel helped, in fact the hotel lied. This hotel is not in a nice part of the city. I would rate them minus 10 out of 10
