There were plenty of amazing amenities on site. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was looking forward to staying at this resort after many recommendations from friends. However. After one night of staying, we realized very quickly how power thin the walls are. We could hear literally a full conversation for hours on end throughout the night. The room was extremely basic and definitely needed updating. Wish I could’ve given it all 5 stars, very disappointing.

Great place! Very loud at night and understaff. When I arrived they tried to charge me when I already paid through Orbitz and once again at check out. Be careful if I didn’t pay attention I would have paid three times for the same room and nights. They will argue with you and say you didn’t pay (have your receipts ready to show) then they won’t apologize at all. Other than that Islamorada is beautiful. Love visiting here. Restaurant Ciao is highly recommended. They have gluten free pasta and pizza!!!

Great time. Large property where you can be in mix of people or be by yourself. One active pool another private quite pool. Pool/towel staff very friendly. Great location.

The Postcard Inn has a wonderful mix of restaurants and beach amenities that are tough to find in the Keys. It’s location is wonderful and it is very close to many other off property activities and great restaurants. The variety of options on the property is nice as well. Unfortunately the guest rooms are badly in need of a refresh. While the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom needed to be updated and the paper-thin walls made noise and festivities from neighboring rooms unbearable at times. The sink did not drain properly, fixtures in the shower were falling off, phone didn’t work, and they did not even offer to pick up trash since they currently are not servicing rooms every day still. They also did not adequately clean the pool for such a busy weekend and by Sunday it was so cloudy you could only see about a foot into the water. All in all as long as you are not too picky about the aged conditions of the room and inexperienced staff, the bars, restaurants and beach at the Postcard Inn make it a great property in Islamorada.

Enjoyed the area. Lots of good restaurants close by. We got bumped out of our scheduled room with a balcony into one without. That was our only major issue. They did discount our stay, but the balcony would have been nice to enjoy.

We really wanted to like this hotel. It looked promising. First, the door that lead out to the beach in our room was broken. They came and “fixed it” but it was still extremely hard to open. On top of being frustrating it, was a safety hazard for my four children who could not physically open the door. We asked to use the paddle boards and all 8! That were on display were “broken.” Why have them out then? I had prepaid for the room and instead of checking records they charged us again for the room (without my consent) and tried to tell me that was the remaining balance we owed. To top it off my kids found a cockroach in our room on the last night. I truly wish I could say it was a better experience. Many of my family were interested in going to the Keys after seeing our photos but I’ve told them I cannot recommend this hotel. We were offered nothing for the mistake of double charging us.

Great ocean front pool and beach to swim. Plenty of games and entertainment.

Our room was filthy the floor hadn't been mopped in the at least five stays I am guessing. No housekeeping service. Change your own linens, go get your own towels, toilet paper etc. They should pay you a wage!

I loved that we had access to the amenities of the hotel's sister properties. Was not at all impressed with the cleanliness. If anything, Covid should be even more of a reason to clean. I found hair clumps in the shower, caked mud on the floor, and sand in the linens.

We checked into 2 non-working dirty rooms. The moved us from 2 rooms to 1, and considered that an uograde? Came to celebrate my 50th birthday with my daughter and son-in-law and had to sleep on a pull out bed with sand in the sheets,,share one bathroom with 2 broken drains, and woke up to stomping feet above,. Its dirty, loud, and hs a very unfriendly manager. Such a disappointing visit for auch a pretty spot.

Parts of the Resort are much nicer than others. TV was in and out. Wifi very week. Some ants

I was hesitant to stay at this resort due to other reviews saying it wasn’t clean, it was loud, etc., but my family had an incredible time here. The resort isn’t too large that you aren’t able to walk places, but it isn’t too small that you’re packed in like sardines. Our room was clean and large, pool was warm, and the resort was easy to navigate. One word of caution, make sure you’re aware of what room you are getting. We had an oceanfront balcony, but they do have cheaper rooms available that are basically like little closets with a parking lot view. I’m talking like 12x12 room with a bathroom. Those rooms are great for people needing a cheaper option, but make sure you know what you’re getting before you arrive. The oceanfront balcony was incredible and well worth the money. We will definitely be returning to Postcard Inn.

Over priced...not clean.

We were disappointed with the staff and their attitudes towards the guests. The resort trash cans were overfilled, the raw bar restaurant had some many flies you couldn’t eat. It was disgusting.
