We loved the property and felt like we were on holiday just at the resort. Loved the boat trip to the other resorts. Planned to explore Ismerldo....but happy too stay at the hotel

The property was so clean and well maintained. Plenty of pool/ bar staff very friendly customer service. So much included in the resort fee unlike many other resorts we have stayed. Room itself a bit small and maid service very slow in fact one day room did not get cleaned.. Definitely would stay again and recommend

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. They don’t have any first aid kit at their activity locations. There was something wrong with the pool that caused severe irritation and redness that lasted for more than 4 hours in my husband’s eyes. When asked for help, they gave us purified water, and when we clearly needed more medication, they literally told us they don’t have any first aid or a nurse on site and we can call 911. When we went back to the room there was no water at all in the room due to a water outage. So my husband couldn’t even wash his eyes. When we called the front desk to explain the situation, the staff responded with rude replies. I mean, seriously? How can such huge properties not have first aid? Waste of money at least for me. I also faced skin irritation after going to the pool. Other than this, the food was good and the beach was clean. The next morning when I called front desk and requested for 2 water bottles to be sent to the room, they said ok but no one ever came to our room with water. We had no drinking water. Their water “refilling station” was a tiny cooler so far away that it took me 10 mins to find it. Overall this is clearly an overpriced resort with average services. I would recommend having basic first aid and access to onsite general physician or nurse especially when the resort is super over crowded, and when there are no nearby hospitals because of how the Florida Keys are isolated from the mainland. No safety measures = 1 star!

The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, the marina view was great and we really appreciated the breakfast spot being so close to our room. Fun spaces to gather around our room, very modern and stylish. The only glitch: the beautiful pool located just off the ocean was unheated and consequently, freezing.
