A+++ staff fantastic

We have retired for one night in a family luxury room, 317 with bunk beds. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool was lovely, I would say would need a refurb in tiles soon, but was still very enjoyable! Other facilities were fantastic - bar, sauna, spa and steam room. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic so much choice and catered very well for our dietary needs as a gluten free and dairy free person! My little ones were given stickers on arrival at breakfast which was so thoughtful and kind they loved them!

A nice, very comfortable hotel. The room was lovely, but a mini fridge would have been nice. The bar was welcoming and staff friendly. The main downside was going through the dining area, after check-in, with our luggage.

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely decorated with both a tub and a shower! We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. Black out drapes were nice given we were not used to the long days of this latitude and the time change from where we live. It was quiet with a nice view of the countryside/golf course. The breakfast is well worth it and I found a new love for haggis! Delightful stay! We would love to come back to Inverness as there is so much to see AND partake in the hotel resort's spa! Next time perhaps...

We had dinner and drinks in the lounge area after arrival servbcie and staff were great. Breakfast in the atrium the next morning was a delight. Lots of Gluten free options.

Cracking 2 night stay in inverness

Fantastic stay at the Kingsmills hotel. Two day trip to cycle round Loch Ness and the staff were first class. From Lee the concierge to the front desk, especially Hannah who booked our multiple taxes and got our room ready early and all the bar staff and restaurant staff. Food was excellent and they even put on a special 5am breakfast for those doing the early cycling event. Will definitely be back, but will bring my golf clubs too next time. Thanks kingsmills

Most of the property is very quiet. Our room, however, was very near the highway and car noise was annoying. The staff were very friendly but the service in the lounge was spotty. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the town center. I would recommend this hotel, just avoid the rooms near the highway
