Every VRBO host needs to stay here to see how to setup and stock a rental. All those little details that really matter are done. All supplies are there and easy to access. Towels on each bed with washcloths. A shelf with extra box fans, pack and play, toys, etc. Just everything. Things like soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, salt and pepper, etc, etc was there and in good shape. The home is nicely decorated but not cluttered. We had a 3 and 1 year old and it took very little work to make it child accessible. The rental had everything you need and none of the crap you don't. Description spot on. On a nice quiet street. Just minutes away from zoo, childrens museum and restaurants. 2 blocks away is Andrew Ramsey Park with the most amazing private splashpad you could want. Just a fantastic stay.

Birthday Family Gathering

All of my interactions with the house host were positive. She was very prompt and helpful/accommodating. The home was lovely. We appreciated the Christmas tree that had been set up...made our holiday gathering even more special. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Laundry supplied the soap pods. A negative- one couch was broken in the frame, which made for uncomfortable seating. Our group was large so we needed all the seating provided. Host said a new couch was on order.
