The towels were extremely dirty. There is no cleaning service at this location They never replaced the bedsheets. They did not give any towels after the first day. This Red roof is for truck drivers not for general people. Their service is the worse.

I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was vomit on the side of the bed, yellow stains on the sheets, and no hot water. Completely unacceptable conditions. When I asked for a refund, I was initially told no. After about 20 minutes of arguing, I finally got my money back—but it should never have gotten to that point. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. It’s unsanitary, poorly maintained, and not worth the risk. I’ve reported the issue to the health department.
