We got a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed for a fair price, so that's good. And the room was large and came equipped with a fine couch. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was average for this class of hotel, which is not great (though very good coffee!). But the hotel itself is in poor shape overall. We couldn't close our bathroom door because it was coming off its hinges. Handles were missing on the furniture drawers. The hardware for a coat hanger was attached to the wall, but without the coat hanger itself. The shower floor looked dirty. The one elevator was so slow. I give this hotel a passing grade, but it wouldn't be my first choice except as a money-saving option.

First it was the staff. I had made blunder when booking on line. The staff quickly checked on a room change, taking us directly to the room for approval. Second, the room was pleasant, large and comfy.
