Good location for access to Westfield sporting event. Close to shopping and food. Hotel room was dated but seems like there was some construction. Ants in my bathroom. Had to ask for pool towels every single time. Breakfast was good.

The window (room 300) in the first room we entered was pouring water in the rain and had, obviously, been leaking for a very long time. The window frame/header was moldy and water damage has been occurring for a long time. The second room was so muggy and damp. The a/c CANNOT be turned off in Indiana with our humidity levels. Not ever going back.
This Holiday Inn is trying hard to accommodate its guests and still observe the pandemic guidelines. They are not currently offering daily maid service, instead asking that you let the desk know by 11:00 if you need fresh towels, sheets, etc. It worked reasonably well, although on a few occasions we had to ask again when we returned to our room to find nothing had been done. The staff is friendly and always wore masks, but they did not enforce the mask policy with guests.
The service was bad. We had 3 adults. The description indicates a pull out however there was not. In addition the staff refused to give us a cot. The staff were not friendly upon arrival. They made us wait and then attempted to help someone who walked in after us.

We had the room next to kitchen. Heard doors slamming behind our heads around 5am. Breakfast was horrible, the one thing that was ok they did not replenish.
The staff was kind and responsive, but the room had some issues: hot and cold water in shower were reversed, plug was broken, shower curtain didn’t keep water in shower resulting in water all over floor, ants in bathroom. Upon first look, all was good. But, closer inspection left us shaking our heads in disappointment.
Drove 8 hours and arrived just afternoon with a 2 year old needing a nap. Was asking for early check in and was told no that check in was at 3pm. I understood and asked if they could possibly clean our room first so my son could take a nap and was told no. We had to sit in our car for hours before they finally let us get our room. No compassion or hospitality whatsoever. I wont even dive into the fact that the Television gets terrible reception and that our shower soap holder came unglued in the middle of the night waking everyone up abruptly. I would certainly recommend someone looking for hotel accommodations to look elsewhere.
