This 1-bedroom house in Indian River is perfect for your escape to tranquility. With 3 queen beds and a twin bed, guests can enjoy a tremendous night's sleep. The property offers a washing machine, clothes dryer, WiFi, iron, and AC for a great nights sleep on those hot days in the summer. Enjoy views of the pond in the back yard while sipping on your morning coffee! We're happy to assist with any questions you may think of during your stay.

Due to our current railing we are only accepting children over the age of 12.

Also the minimum age requirement for the main renter is currently at 23.

Also when attending our guest house in the winter time be sure to bring slippers or thick socks. We do have wood floors.

Sorry, but we do ask our guests that their be no parties on the property. Thank you!

Also please don't attempt to light a fire in the fireplace.

Stay was nice! Beds were comfy and tub was big and comfy. Water pressure for shower was also good. Lots of games to play as well. Host was very nice and knew of lots of things to do!! We came up for work so we didn’t get to do much but we did manage to make it to see the Mackinac Bridge he recommended and it was very cool!!! Got to see the trees change colors which doesn’t happen in Mississippi (we are about 30 mins away from New Orleans) Overall a great stay.

Pat and Gary’s 2… ordered the party size but I forgot ask what that was size wise lol barely fit in the bronco

Charlie was very communicative and very nice! We only stayed two nights and didn’t use the space to its full potential. We would book this space again if we were back on the area.
