The indoor outdoor pool was nice. The information given at registration was minimal- directions to room. Wrong room given to us, luggage was in the room when we entered. Room was changed

Staying slopeside is special and convenient. The restaurants that were open had a good selection of food. The room is on the smaller side but not unexpected for the location. Very nicely decorated rooms at the Clocktower. First time staying at Boyne, will make me think twice about staying off location in the future.

smores, super large hot tub, staff was friendly...……….

Everything was awesome my children and i loved it we will be back soon!

We had a few small issues w/ the condo - one of the beds ended up breaking and we were missing some of the pans on the list (for making meals at the condo). The overall experience and accommodations were great, though! We were overall very happy.

One of the staff members was rude at the front desk.

The hotel was outdated, smelled like mildew. The heater did not function properly. The bathroom fan did not work. The ceiling paint was peeling off because of the excess condensation.

Great pool and spa . My pregnant daughter was in heaven at the pool. Loved the hay ide and s'mores too. Thanks Boyne

Hotel was very nice Front desk people very scattered were not happy to help in theyre greeting youhad to coax to give you service you were looking for more than likely lack of customer service training . We had a dead battery called front desk absolutely no help called golf cart area for possible battery jump they said would call us back never did you are kinda stranded finally had to call a friend who knew a friend in Boyne area I know we could have called road service but for sure golf cart area has battery charges that would have been a little quicker oh well bar staff at snowflake was very friendly our first night looking for ice

Boyne Mountain is a beautiful location and the Clock Tower is a less expensive facility

Wife and I stayed at the Grand Lodge for the first time Sep 30 & Oct 1 2016, had a room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette. The Grand Lodge building, hallways & grounds all are beautiful (as usual), but the room was sparsely decorated and had an echo-ie, sterile feel - no character at all. Odd light blue paint, 1950's grandma curtains, very little furniture other than the beds and almost nothing on the walls (and a tiny tv). The beds were comfortable (we tried both) and the in-room fridge worked well. We have stayed at other Boyne Mountain properties that have all been very nice, but this one was a huge disappointment. Overall, the room worked out but it was not nearly worth what we paid.
