Modern self contained side annexe with own entrance and private parking for one car on a private drive.
Ideal for 2/3 persons. The accommodation consists of two rooms, one is a front facing double room with double bed and the second room can be used as a separate living space for two persons or as an additional sleeping space for a third person, as there is large sofa which folds down into a single sofa bed. Within bedroom two there is also a compact kitchenette and and an Apple TV. There is also a separate shower room and toilet. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential street 3 minutes from the stunning Hove park which host a lovely cafe, Tennis courts and is a great place for a stroll. . Excellent public transport links, Bus 5B/21 run regularly into the centre of Brighton with its many restaurants and nightlife and is just a 10 minute Uber ride away.
Perfect spot for a stop over in Brighton or a mini break.
