Very low water pressure, shower water was luke warm, first time with this issue and I stay here alot.
They have a really nice staff, and clean rooms However, they can use a serious upgrade on a little bit of everything!!! I felt like it doesn’t offer much besides a clean -night’s rest.
There was a roach in my bed and the staff was very rude about it
Room was nice and spacious. There was a weird trick to turn lights on in bathroom but everything else was great.

Had to ask to have room cleaned. It went one day with no attention at all. We were there for a memorial service and supporting family and did not need added hassles with our accommodations. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. The breakfast bar was not well attended and we often had to ask for things like cups, tea, salt and pepper. We were there for 4 days. It was not a good place to stay. There are other options in the neighbor that we will try next time.
Everything was new and clean. And we had a great experience . I gave a 4 star to staff only because we wanted a late check out to get a nap before travel and 3 people knocked at door and one called asking if we were staying over. We had already called the desk and advised and gotten permission for late check out and the door placard was in place. After the fourth interruption we left on time.
We always choose this same hotel...we've never been disappointed...I've convinced my other family members to stay here when we are in the Pearland/Houston area!!!
