Smell, noisy guests , need to updates rooms .cost too high.

It is a cheap hotel. They even do not clean the room during the day

I had a good stay. I would surely recommend for a family gateaway

I had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean. and room had everything I expected to have. The room was comfortable.

Roaches Drug Dealers Filthy Toilet didn't work TV didn't work DO NOT STAY HERE -- HORRIFIC.

I was pleased. Conveniently located to everywhere o needed too go. The rooms were small but I think it was suitable for the price. There were plenty of towels butt no other extras like shampoo and conditioner. It was clean. I was pleased with the fact that they also.had room service..I was satisfied overall.

Great location, but the quality is not great. Hotel was dirty, roaches were crawling in the room, paint in bath tub was pealing and had hairs in the tub.

Decent queen size bed, large room and kitchen did not make up for the smell and roaches. There's a small dog area right next to this facility so right when you walk out your room you can smell dog poop. We got a non-smoking room but it still smelled. We only chose this motel because it had a kitchen but we ended up not using it and we're unhappy about the roach issue. Would not stay here again.

it was ok but there was roaches in two rooms that they moved us to...then the third one the burners didnt work and then there was a crickte that lived in our ac and wouldnt shut up at night.

I was in the Houston area to meet with clients in the downtown area. The hotel is located approximately 1.5 blocks from several bus lines that take you the downtown area. The trips are affordable, however it does take 40 minutes.

MAN AT DESK WANTED A COPY OF CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH WE BOOKED AND PAID THRU [...], HE SAID IT WAS FOR LONG DISTANCE BUT THERE WAS A SIGN OUT FRONT AND AT THE DESK ADVERTISING FREE LONG DISTANCE. WE DECLINDED TO GIVE CREDIT CARD AND HE GAVE US OUR KEY.??????

I was in Houston on Business and reserved a room for 2 nights. I booked it along with my flight and car rental. I had requested a nonsmoking room yet it smelled very strongly of smoke. There were bugs in the sink and you could hear every word the neighbors next door were saying. Also, the room was just not clean. I had to leave the hotel because I could not stay there and had to go down the street and get a room at the Holiday Inn Express. I tried to get it cancelled with the girl at the front desk but she said could not do that.

Oh my god...where do I begin with this nightmare of a hotel! First...the hotel does not do regular housekeeping! They won't even come to pick up your trash or give towels without charging you extra for it. There were dead roaches and live roaches crawling in the kitchen. The stove worked on and off. The lights blew out and was in the dark for a day. Last time I ever stay at a sun suites!

We went down there to wrestlemania 25. I rented a double room with 2 beds for 2 nights, when we got there they told us they were out of double rooms that your company sent in the reservations late so they had to give us 2 seperate rooms with one bed in them which was not a big deal. They gave us the keys and we went to go to our rooms and the room I was going to take the key would not open the door, so I walked back down there to tell them and the security guard walked down there with me to see if she could get the key to work, and of course she couldn't so she got her main keys and opened the door and it looked like someone was already in the room because it had not been clean and there was a purse laying on the chair in the room so the security guard walked in the room and looked around and there was no sign of anyone in the room or no sign of clothing just the ourse, so she took the purse with her and got her keys and tried a bunch of other rooms and they all were taken, she walked in on quiet a few hotel guests, then she told us there was nothing that she could do that we would have to make do in one room with one bed with 4 people, so we were upset but we said ok so we asked for some extra pillows and blankets and she said they didnt have any extra ones for us to make do with what we had so we aksed to talk to the manager and of course there are never there so i did not have internet access to contact your company to let you know what was going on, so we go in the one room and my hubby was going to sleep in the chair with no cover or anything and the security guard called back and said she talked to the girl that rented us the room and said that is the room she gave us so if we still wanted it we could have it, keep in the mind the room was never cleaned so I told her that if we took it I wanted new sheets, blankets and pillow cases, all of a sudden she seem to find some when ealier she seem to not have any, so she brought them to me and me and my husband had to go in there and change our own bed and we had to sleep in a room that was not clean, but it was easier for us to do that than my husband sleep in the chair. It was a very bad experience and we were treated very badly and we will never stay in that type of hotel again. We paid our money just like everyone else to be mistreated the way we were and they never would let us talk to a manager.

This is a pet friendly hotel so there were stains all over the carpet. The doors to the rooms open to the outside and my door happened to have a severely damaged threshold so it was no problem for pests to enter the room. During my stay I only killed 3 cockroaches. The staff were very friendly and check-in was very easy. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a kitchen and don't mind the mess, this is the place for you.
