Dirty and not a single bottle of water for guests in the room. During booking it says break fast offered from 6 to 10 while no break fast offered at all at the property.

Don’t depend on breakfast here. It’s one small muffin and a few packets of oatmeal type stuff.

One of the air conditioning units was not working and they said could not send maintenance until Monday, so had to leave could not stay 2 nights without full airconditioning in 97 degree weather

Josh who checked me in was an absolute lifesaver, and just wonderful and smiling and nice. -- Elevator and some other areas had a funny smell. I think the affordable price attracts a little riff raff, but overall great room, super comfy bed. good air conditioning (a must in Houston)
Bed bug bites all over my back. Staff refused to admit it. Even pharmacist confirmed I got bed bug bites. Finally changed my room after my repeated complaints. New room had hair all over the bed. Disgusting !!
