This hotel was close to the highway and not too far from shopping/dining area. The swimming pool was a decent size, but it was cold. The kids still enjoyed it.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly but the bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very load it kept waking me up.

Staff was warm, professional, nice and helpful. Room was spacious (room 416) but only complaint was the Constant humming sound from compressor on other side of wall going on and off every few seconds. Shower controls a bit confusing. Overall it was a very good experience. Looks like they are always working on cleaning and tidy. We will be returning to property when we visit Houston. Thank you.
Beautifully appointed rooms. Loved the black out curtains - best ever. Breakfast service needs to be dramatically improved. There were not any plates, cups, insufficient tea bags at about 8:30 am. Had to continually ask for such missing items. The breakfast food was good. Attention to detail in the breakfast area such as making sure tables are timely cleared and cleaned for new diners needed. Carpet was not 100% vacuumed after breakfast closed at 11:00 am. The outside BBQ area was not well maintained and had a bad sewer smell. Swimming pool area was clean, Miniature basketball court was great for the children. An outside seating bench would be a plus by the basketball court. Good location on SH 6 and HWY 290

The front desk was very professional and kind when I called to say I would be late checking in. Upon arrival to the room, there was a HAND WRITTEN thank you note--that goes a long way. I was extremely tired and called down to ask for a late check out. I was pleased to find out that it was extended to a 2pm check out! The courtyard was nice and relaxing with places to lounge and enjoy the nice weather.
