Room is damp and the hotel is not kept up and running down, bathroom is broken and the coffee cup need to get from the front desk
Without announcing who they were, I was awoken twice between midnight and 4:00 am midnight by someone trying to enter my hotel room. After the first attempt I barricaded my door. At 5:30 am I was awakened by a telephone call from the front desk accusing me of not being a registered guest despite having checked in the night before and having received a key for my room from the front office staff at that time. On the phone the staff repeatedly demanded my name stating I was not in their system. He admitted he was the person who tried to enter the room. He never knocked or identified himself as he tried to enter my room unannounced, with a hotel key. He unprofessionally blamed the other staff person for not putting me in the system correctly and justified his repeated no knock attempts to enter my room between midnight and 4:00 am and calling me at 5:30 by citing to past instances of guests who improperly were in rooms. Although he later figured out that I was registered in their system finally, he offered no proactive call or apology until I approached the front desk two hours later. His first response was to blame the other staff and excuse his own actions. This was the most disturbing hotel stay I’ve experienced in 30 years of business travel, particularly as a woman traveling alone.

the water shower head was not working properly, the water is dripping when you take a shower, and toilet water is weak when you flush, I had mention the front desk but they said the service is not available and i was on my business trip have to stop by my friends house to take shower, i also have record a video of the shower head as well.
Coronavirus stopped the party train cold in its track. No breakfast, no restaurant, no crowd (which is good in a way), but it is not the hotel's fault. We enjoyed our brief stay there for 2 nights. Slept like a baby. Great location for us right off the freeway near Bellaire. We will come back in the future to Houston, and this hotel will be one to use. Thank you.
You don't have a clear and enough high sign of entrance for first time people knowing the drive way to drive in hotel. On the other side of personel business cards, there isn't a small map to show the way to drive in hotel? You do not provide free breakfast for customers even an banana or a glass of milk or orange juice. You make clear that you will not have free breakfast, this is very competitive in this area!!!
