Well lit parking lot, not too noisy. Transaction was easy and fast. Stairs dirty and trash around. Room seemed fair clean when walking in. But once inside we noticed ants crawling on walls. We called staff and lady came in and sprayed ant killer spray. A little annoying because odor was strong for a while. Other than that, ok.

The property had a roach in fteezer crawling when i checked in Collected towels for cleaning with no towels returned until 20 ninutes later so we couldn't shower until towels dryed Soap was super small No mat to stand on when getting out of the shower Price didnt fit the location and for to be and outside hotel

Thank god that we didn’t spend all day in the hotel or anything and we had busy itinerary. The TV we tried turning it on and it was not working at all. It was stuck at blue screen and wouldn’t work. The tub wouldn’t drain, the shower head wasn’t even working properly. Most of the holes on the shower head were clogged, and the pressure wasn’t even close to where o felt comfortable to wash my hair in. I had to pretty much dance around in the shower depending on where the water was strongest at to get the shower done. Like I said thank God we had a busy schedule to keep up so we only would come back to take a quick shower and then sleep and then wake up and then go with our busy day again.

A property that seems to be in a tough part of town, The front desk is locked down behind bullet proof glass. Does not foster much trust in the security of parking or the rooms outside the protected area. My room door was wide open when I arrived and did not have any towels, so I guess there was a miscommunication between front desk and housekeeping. All the towels had long hairs on them but were otherwise clean I guess. I was a little nervous about the stay and probably would not select this property again. I did not venture out for breakfast and opted to leave the room earlier than planned to eat elsewhere.

Location was good for getting to UH but super loud highway. Glad I brought my earplugs. Staff was responsive when blow dryer in the room didn’t work. Everything else in the room was just great.

Clean and comfortable room.

The room was kept clean. The staff was very helpful. I did not expect that there would be no elevator and have difficulty climbing stairs. But when I asked for a room change to the first floor the staff was very accommodating. The rooms looked like they had been newly renovated. The decor was restful. Maid service was very good.

First, there was no one to at the window to check me in. It took awhile for someone to show up even after I call the main phone number. The desk person showed up and was apologetic but somehow there should be a person available for late check in which we left a message about before hand. Second, the TV was not working in our room. We had to wait for the next day to get it work. Third, the breakfast was good.
