Room was very clean and updated. We had a larger corner room so lots of extra space for our family of 4. The parking lot is well lite and we felt very safe. Great location near UH. Beds were harder than we like however that it always a personal preference.

This is my 4th time staying at this property. The rooms are always clean and cold. It’s right but a busy highway but I don’t even notice the noise. The shower has good water pressure. It’s close to the University of Houston. The parking lot is well lit. Great price for staying the night.

It was gross. The area around the hotel is awful. N the hotel looks terrible outside. It’s one with the doors that open to the outside, which is not a deal breaker for me, but not my favorite. The good was that it had been recently renovated so the rooms looked attractive. However, the shower curtain was stained or dirty, the bench in the room was stained, and I killed a German cockroach in my room. Which was just the final gross straw for me. Breakfast looked crappy, but I didn’t eat it after the cockroach incident. Stray cats and dogs were roaming the property, including a pitiful cat in the corridors. The other good thing I can say is that the front desk lady was very nice and got us checked in quickly. She had her child with her and I thought it was nice for them to let her have her child at work. It’s nice to see places support their employees in this way. But I will not stay here again thanks to the area and cockroaches in the rooms.

The motel was dirty out side on the sidewalks and stairwells. No elevators, and the area seemed unsafe. The worst part was within 4 minutes of getting into our room, we saw roaches. So we did not stay and they refused to give us a refund, even though we took pics of the roaches. Would NEVER stay at this place.
